Does paying change our prices, estimates or ordering?
Payment never changes the prices, allowances or other facts we publish, and never buys a better estimate or a guide recommendation. Featured listings appear first and are always labelled 'Featured (paid)'.
Is a basic listing free?
Yes. Listings are free. You can request a free correction at any time using the prefilled listing request email.
What happens after I pay?
Send your details using the prefilled listing request email. We check them against your public pricing page and reply within two working days.
How do I cancel Featured?
Featured is monthly and you can cancel any time. Verification lasts 12 months for one provider listing in one country.
